Shipping Methods and Costs 

All orders placed on Naturo.in are dispatched through our logistics Provider. 

We ship out most of our orders within 2 working days from the date of purchase. In the case of public and other holiday periods, please allow a further 2 working days for dispatch. The expected date of final delivery depends on the logistics provider's access to your region. 

Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 45/-

Orders of a total value of over Rs. 1,000/- are eligible for free shipping! 

Order Status

You can check the status of your order using the tracking URL and consignment number provided in the order email. 

International Shipping

We are happy to speak with you about international orders. We do not ship internationally for orders placed on our website. Please contact us by email at customercare@naturo.biz to place an international order with our team. 

Important Information

Estimated delivery times are to be calculated from the time of dispatch and are provided as indicative guidance only. All estimates are subject to the logistic provider's capabilities and terms and conditions.

Once dispatched to a particular address, we are unable to redirect the shipment to a new location. Please contact us at customercare@naturo.biz if your order has been delivered to an address other than the address provided in the order confirmation. 

Please note: all orders require a signature upon receipt.
