Shipping Methods and Costs
All orders placed on Naturo.in are dispatched through our logistics Provider, FedEx.
We deliver most of our orders within 3 to 5 working days from the date of purchase, depending on the logistic provider's access to the delivery region.
Our standard shipping charge is Rs. 45/-
Orders with a pre-tax invoice value of over Rs. 1,000/- are eligible for free shipping!
You can check the status of your order at any time by clicking on our Track Order page. Please enter the Tracking Number you received in your order confirmation email. It may take up to 24 hours for the updated order status to reflect on the Track Order page.
We do not ship internationally for orders placed on our website. Please contact us by email at email@example.com to place an international order with our team.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours from the time of order confirmation. In certain circumstances, orders may take up to 72 hours to dispatch. Please check your order status using the Track Order page before emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information.
Estimated delivery times are to be calculated from the time of dispatch and are provided as indicative guidance only. All estimates are subject to the logistic provider's capabilities and terms and conditions.
Once dispatched to a particular address, we are unable to redirect the shipment to a new location. Please contact us at email@example.com if your order has been delivered to an address other than the address provided in the order confirmation.
